I visited this location on June 23rd and I was helped by a young lady named Ivanny and her manager Ben. They helped me find a Spider-Man dangle charm for a Pandora bracelet. They were very patient with me and so very helpul with every question. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase it is rare that you find this level of customer service these days, and I would highly recommend this store just due to the customer service I received. Hopefully Ben and Ivanny get the recognition they deserve.
I went to other place and I was treated badly and I came here everybody was nice respectful take time was extremely excellent
Very pleased with the customer service we received. Husband purchased my 2nd band for our 5th wedding anniversary. We were very happy that the staff was able to find my ring in another store and have it sent to Manchester to save us the drive. Thanks again to the team - everyone was so helpful.
I came in to get a bracelet for my girlfriend and Ivany was super helpful the moment I walked thru the door all the way to me cashing out. I highly recommend going here for jewelry & the customer service is top notch!!
