They stand behind their jewelry! I've purchased several pieces here. The prices can be on the high side, but you get what you pay for. The only time I had a problem with a piece purchased there was when I bought a gemstone bracelet. The surface of the stones started to scratch and when I brought it back, they replaced the bracelet and advised that it wasn't an everyday type bracelet since the stones were considered soft. I now wear it on special occasions so that it doesn't get damaged during my daily grind.
Fine and pricey jewelry. The sales people are very good at selling but honestly they do know a moderate amount about gemstones. It really depends on who you get. There might be someone who is truly passionate about the subject or just someone who went over the training packet a couple of times. Selection is pretty decent but a lot of their jewerly is too gaudy for younger people. Not too many things were simple and delicate. Their prices tend to be a little higher but it's kind of what you get for the atmosphere.
