I can't even begin to know where to start with these people. Our landlord uses this company and we are going on a month with them trying to fix our heater. They say they have to order the part and then ghost you until you call them a week later and ask what's up or we call the landlord asking and then they call you! We are so very upset and wish our landlord would find a new person for this. They have been to our place at least 4 maybe even 5 times in the past 5 years and it's the same thing everytime.
I have to say this was a very big changelle for the two young men that came out to my house and install my ductless system. The unit had to go up on my fire place and it was up there. These boys did it and I was very impressed with them. Mike knew we were on a timeline and he did all he could do to get us done.I very highly recommend him and he is local.
Very polite , quick ,and knew what they were doing. Glad they're local and didn't have to wait 😀
Mikes Heating and cooling did get a terrific job. I was very happy with the quality of work and professionalism.
