I can honestly say that it was the best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. Micheal on time and quick with the diagnosis and repair! We just found our preferred HVAC company!

Not sure how it’s possible that they have 4.9 rating, been waiting 2 weeks for a quote when I was told to get it next day, 4 phone calls later and told to get it same day, it’s next day and nothing, also family got work done and the bill came back way!!! Higher than quoted
"serviced" and charged multiple times with no resolution. Policella came and fixed the simple issue in 30 mins and only charged me for the direct service avoiding unnecessary charges. I also talked to some friends and colleagues and 3 people confirmed they had bad service and unprofessional behavior-damaging their furnace and then charging for a new one, refusing to replace hot water tank that needed replacement, and poor etiquette.
