I have decided to purchase my first town house, and my first Michaels Group product. The uncertainty was clearly alleviated quickly, as Danielle Enos championed the project and coordinated design center, architects and builders into a streamlined project that left me confident that I would be receiving a wonderful home when completed. Im am confident I will be satisfied.
Danielle and the entire team from Michaels were just a pure joy to work with. From the first meeting where we learned about the community and available home styles, through design planning with Kelsey and final pre-construction, everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to entertain all questions. Danielle was front and center for all of this and was always available and eager to help. We enthusiastically recommend working with her when looking for your next home.
First let me say, I’d welcome anyone thinking of buying a Michaels Group built home to visit mine first. Before reading my long tale please note, I’m a widow and the Michaels Group owners knew my husband. The floors are the main issue. They are wavy, un -level, bouncy and the very worst is that their attempt to fix them by using floor leveler has left me with crackling floors at every step. And MGH tells me they are not a problem.
