I am absolutely disgusted with Michaels Furniture. When I went to get prices, I was told delivery was free; delivery, set up/assembly & garbage removal. At the time of purchase, a price was agreed upon which included proper delivery. When I got home, I noticed my contract said "in box delivery". At that time, I called and complained and was told that they would correct it. Yesterday, my furniture finally came in and I was told it was an in box delivery. I have been a customer of this business, as well as my father, for YEARS. We have ALWAYS been treated with such professionalism and Michael's furniture that he has sold us has lasted us for MANY MANY years. Just today, I purchased a new kitchen set and the old one lasted us for 20+ years. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in need of any type of furniture or bedding!
I HAVE KNOW THE OWNERS OF MICHAELS FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND BETWEEN MY PARENTS OWNING TWO HOMES AND I OWNING A HOME FOR 23 YEARS AND THEN PURCHASING ANOTHER HOME TWO YEARS AGO.
