I would like to thank Michael's Funeral Home in Schaumburg, Illinois for assisting in a wonderful and caring Celebration of Life service for my son, USAF SrA Sumner L. Words can not express how wonderful they were! Michael's did not just meet our expectations, they by far exceeded them! The entire staff was so incredibly patient and compassionate, and truly guided us through this very difficult time. The facilities were beautiful and very clean, but more importantly, they were very comfortable and made us feel at peace. 5 stars are NOT enough If you are reading this review to help make the decision on what funeral home to choose?? I can say Michael's Funeral Home in Schaumburg is World Class, my experience allowed me to see why past reviewers gave Michael's 5 stars. Michael was patient, kind and understanding in helping with our loss. The movie he made of Aunties life will be treasured always. I hope my review has helped you. Blessings to you and your family.

A Caring and Amazing Experience Wow! I have recently returned to Michael's after attending a funeral there about eight years ago. First of all, I was amazed at the fresh new look of the place. It doesn't look or even smell like a funeral home. It's obvious they put alot of heart and soul into the changes and absolutely no detail was overlooked. They have a great coffee service too! A nice place to say good-bye I grew up in Mount Prospect, Illinois right down the street from this funeral home, and therefore have paid my respects to a few friends and family members there.
