Very kind and helpful
New to the area and went in to get the back put on my watch that wasn't replaced properly. It kept perfect time and ALL I asked was to put the back on my M K watch . When I went in he put a new battery which had already been done and was working perfectly. He took the crystal off of the face claiming ta stone was loose and said the watch wasn't keeping time. I love this place! Always so helpful and accommodating. We have special ordered jewelry, bought estate jewelry and made adjustments, gotten clocks fixed, and bought jewelry from the case. Great customer service each and every time.
