Called and left a message and called back and generator is up and running, great diagnostic information from Mike
We had a kind of an out of the ordinary repair. Our pocket door to our bedroom came off track and one of the rollers fell into the opening. He had to take down trim and wall board, but it’s fixed like new. Super nice guy that knows his business. I wish I could give him 10 stars. The other guy in this area promised for 3 day he’d come and ghosted me. I set an appointment with Michael and he came the day he said he would.
Michael came out for a warranty repair for an AC unit. He arrived on time and was very professional. Michael handled everything with the warranty company and had everything handled quickly. He needs 10 stars not 5! He was also helpful in choosing the correct warranty for our new camper. If you have warranty company questions, reach out to him, he is super knowledgeable. A+++ Service!
I don’t know if I even have words to describe what an honest hard working human being Mike is. We have been using him for 5 years and couldn’t have found a human being that is so trustworthy. He has keys to my rv and does the job while I’m at work. His prices are as honest as he is. Thank you for all you do and have done for us!! A+++
My ac stopped working and Michael came out on a Saturday to fix it during a rain storm. They did amazing work and I’m completely happy with how professional they were. Great company and great people. I saw that Michael is a veteran and that only added to my confidence in him. I’ll be using this company for all my repairs from now on. Thank you Michael for your dedication and respect.
