My husband and I came in to purchase a mattress for our daughter and Zack greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. He was very sweet and knowledgeable as we didn’t know what mattress to get other than we needed a mattress between 6”-8”. Found what we were looking for and Zack made the buying process fast and easy. Same day pick up too! (Only because the one we chose was in stock/in warehouse). We will definitely be coming back for a future purchase!
We purchased a sectional in march with an extra large end chase , they told us it had upgraded padding in the cushions. Well, within two weeks the cushions had degraded and sunk and one of the back pillows tore 5 inches within the first 3 to 5 days. We had called and complained, and I even went in store about the furniture. We also purchased extended warranty on it and have not been able to get a hold of anybody to fix it We were told that they were going to replace either the cushions and the back pillow or replace the hole... read more
