I place my order September 10th its January 4th now and haven't received all my items they kept blaming tariff my order was placed before any of that plus the item was in stock wheni placed the order. It's literally next year, this is crazy. I will never buy anything from these guys again. They don't deserve one star.

if customer service could get 5star and product get 1star… that’s where i am. helpful people on purchasing and delivery but literally within weeks the cushions are crap… $1500… i gave the new one away… and have returned to stanton couches. the couch we were replacing is 12 years old and those cushions are a thousand times better than the new one from here… live and learn… buy stanton.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE NO ORGANIZATION, NO COMMUNICATION. Go somewhere else if you want furniture! WE ARE STILL WAITING ON A PIECE BEING ORDERED AFTER THEY TOOK OUR MONEY 3 WEEKS AGO! BUYER BEWARE!
