I went there to browse a few weeks ago because we were looking for a new bed and couch. I was looking at prices and taking pictures to show my husband. Well apparently the sales guy didn't like that and kept making comments "well you sure are taking a lot of pictures" in this weird tone like I was a spy or something. I place my order September 10th its January 4th now and haven't received all my items they kept blaming tariff my order was placed before any of that plus the item was in stock wheni placed the order. It's literally next year, this is crazy. I will never buy anything from these guys again. They don't deserve one star.

if customer service could get 5star and product get 1star… that’s where i am. helpful people on purchasing and delivery but literally within weeks the cushions are crap… $1500… i gave the new one away… and have returned to stanton couches. the couch we were replacing is 12 years old and those cushions are a thousand times better than the new one from here… live and learn… buy stanton.
