RecommendedCame in to take a look at a couple of Kona hardtails that they had in stock. Mind you this was an hour before closing time on a Friday. Three gentlemen were very helpful, and even encouraged me to go on a test ride. I ended up purchasing that day because of the way they treated me and the test ride went excellent of course. I absolutely will be coming back, and encouraging others to purchase from their stores. Your team over there is excellent, and thank you for the help!
We have been going to Michael’s cycles for all of our bike purchases and any tune ups or accessories. The entire staff is so helpful and listen to your needs. We have purchased no less than 4 bikes there ranging from little kids to adult. Wonderful place and a wonderful staff.

Sean has been doing work on my bikes now for a while. He goes above and beyond to make things just right. He just finished up changing one of my bikes to a 1X up front, new derailleur, chain, chain ring, crank cleaning, and brake adjustment. Next I totally trust him to get my new race MTB set up just as I want it. Great work! Stuart is always there to help me as well. He has been for years. I enjoy our rides Thursdays. Keep up the great service.

Got a bike wasnt the right fit for me got a much better bike in the end. Great customer service.
I recently went in with my bike to have it tuned up and get a new tire. They did a great job, the bike is like new and over the weekend I completed a 31 mile bike ride without any issues. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I'm glad I picked this place to work on my bike.
I have purchased 2 bikes in the last year from Michael's, and the customer service and attention to detail is phenomenal. They take the time to assess your needs, let you test ride the bikes, then tweak it to fit. Big "Thanks" to Stuart and Shawn!
