Extremely nice people and knowledgeable staff. Not everyone has the same needs, so pay for what you actually need! They'll make sure to get you a great deal that matches what you need with a fast turnaround time. Mom and pop shops are where it's at!
What a find! A little off the beaten path near Parkland. Not your typical messy looking upholstery shop. Super tidy. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Only took a week to recover a 30 year old boat seat cushion.
We had an excellent experience here. Our shop van was in need of an interior update. The team at Michael's was totally transparent, honest and affordable. Couldn't be happier with the result. Not to mention the project was completed 1 month before the deadline! Couldn't be happier!
You will never experience customer service, expertise, and quality like this anywhere else. I called ahead with a small job, just some custom auto upholstery stitching (maybe 25 inches total of seams). They were SUPER busy but they said “come on by and we will see what we can do”. I brought my mess in (and I mean MESS- I dont know what I’m doing at all), they took time out of their huge list of job orders, and asked specific questions about what I wanted. I have done business with this place for years servicing our whole building. I brought a small job to that took them less than 10 minutes and they charged me 40 bucks, no problem. They did good work. I brought the same job to them today and they wanted to charge me 100 bucks and tried to justify it by saying it would take them no less than 45 minutes. Lieing to justify price gouging is sad. We will be searching for another place to work with.
