They are terrible. They had my son's car for almost a month and a half. When we had the last snow storm, the car wouldn't start, My son thought it was the battery, so he installed a new one, but it still wouldn't start. So we had it towed to this place because it was close to my mom's where the car broke down. First week they said it was ready pick it up.
