I am truly appalled of how I was just handled at your salon. I had a pre-booked appointment with Elizabeth, who was ill and needed to go home. I was not told that she wouldn’t be finishing my hair and the girl that took over. Didn’t want to finish my hair. She said we aren’t driving together so I paid for color but no good service extremely angry and I will not be back and I will give a very poor rating to anyone that asks I am retired Redken specialist and I am just appalled at the service that I got

I hate to do this, as I normally don't leave reviews but felt it was necessary especially after reading some of the other negative reviews. I did try to call to speak with the manager and leave my thoughts, but no one answers. First of all... when I called to make the appointment I was very specific about wanting full highlights and that's what I was put down for, I also mentioned the fact that I had long hair so it shouldn't have been a surprise.
