Michael and his team were great. Super knowledgeable and kind. Were able to see us within a few days and the carpet looks and smells great.
Michael was incredible! He arrived early, finished quickly, and did an incredible job on even the toughest stains. I also really appreciated that he could give me an upfront affordable cost over the phone, unlike other companies in the city that require an in-person quote. His prices are incomparable and his service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Corey made my day!!! He did an AMAZING job making sure he could do all he can to make sure both couches were super clean. He worked very hard and he even got some of my stubborn stains off! Our technician did a fantastic job removing years of stains caused by our “barfy” cat! He was incredibly conscientious carefully treating every stain until our carpet looked like new. We have had a variety of companies clean our carpets but none succeeded like Michael’s! We are now loyal customers.
