Corey made my day!!! He did an AMAZING job making sure he could do all he can to make sure both couches were super clean. He worked very hard and he even got some of my stubborn stains off! Words can not describe how much I appreciate his work ethic. He's so awesome! Also, Michael's Cleaning and Restoration had the BEST price compared to all the other competitors near me. I highly recommend this company and I'll definitely be a repeat customer. 😄
Our technician did a fantastic job removing years of stains caused by our “barfy” cat! He was incredibly conscientious carefully treating every stain until our carpet looked like new. We have had a variety of companies clean our carpets but none succeeded like Michael’s! We are now loyal customers.
I had Michael's go out to shampoo just the upstairs of an empty house. The tech was in and out of the house in about 30 minutes. This was explained to Michael as a move out clean. The landlord checked the carpet out afterwards and found a bunch of pet hair left on the stairs and extra bedroom. I called Michael and explained the lack of quality on the job. Micheal was wonderful to work with! I had never cleaned a rug before and he was kind and patient with my questions; his work was thorough and timely; he was reasonably priced!
