I ordered two subs and an order of onion rings today for pick up. It was very obvious that the person answering the phone was new as she did not seem to know what a stinger sub was. After spending several minutes on the phone taking my order she told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. That was at 5 PM. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food at 5:20 and she told me it would be about 5-6 minutes longer for my food. My wife had her baby shower here in 2018 and the food was incredible... But I see a lot has changed. I'm not talking about the food I'm talking about the attitudes from the woman who was serving tables and taking orders at the front. Very rude and unprofessional. We ended up leaving because we overheard the young girls talking behind our backs WHILE our autistic child was with us! I will never support this establishment again
My family and I made a trip to Buffalo from Toronto and we were looking for a pizza place near our hotel. I had seen a video on YouTube that featured this place and the pizza looked really good so we went in for an order. The place is nice and cozy and the pizza was beautiful and delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was great. The guy opened the box before he handed me the pizza which I thought was a really nice touch. I LOVE this place! Went in for the pizza but added chicken tenders and fries to our order for the family and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Such a cozy and wholesome place. Staff was super friendly. The guy opened the box and showed me the pizza before handing it out to me which was a really nice touch. They take really good care of you. I want to thank them for the wonderful experience. Just be careful when pulling into the parking lot because it's close to the road and Transit Rd. can get pretty loud and fast. Cheers!
