Absolutely blown away by Michael's and his brothers' attention to detail. I brought my Focus RS in after a road trip from out of state to address an emergency vibration I picked up 50 miles outside of Ormond, and not only did they immediately identify the source of the vibration, they also found a slew of items that my dealership had been neglecting.
