I've been using the shop for more than a year now and their work is top notch. But that isn't why I gave them 5 stars. The rating is due to the fact that they stand behind their work and will go above and beyond to make your car run correctly. They actually care about their customers. That is something that generally isn't found in today's business climate and is essential when working on antique machinery. I highly recommend this shop.
Michaels British American Auto repair is the most professional auto repair garage I’ve ever brought my car to. They are always kind and professional, and always have my car done when they quoted. Very easy to communicate and work with.
Excellent customer service! Highly recommend Michael and his crew. They are always polite, they provide you with a detailed report. Michael makes recommendations and never tries to upsell. Michael's is the most honest place I have been to. The care they give to your car is above and beyond! The way they carefully check out your vehicle was very impressive to me.
