Honestly is my biggest thing over all and Michael's automotive shows it. He will never surprise you with a 2000 dollar bill. He will ask if you want something installed before hand so he doesnt surprise you. My clutch was going bad and I didnt even know it. Within 15 minutes of pulling it in the shop he had found out what was wrong with it and was telling me how much it would cost, how long it would take, and what other problems could be wrong with the vehicle. 10/10 service
This is my new mechanic for both of my vehicles! Very knowledgeable and honest!
