*The reason the review was put up a few years later is because I am now needing a new alignment and am looking for a place to have it done. It reminded me of the experience I had. I definitely should have left the review the same day. However, I was too busy fixing the damage to my truck.... Went here for a second opinion on my vehicle. A little bit of a roller coaster, but they ended up matching what a major dealership had said ultimately (engine replacement required). The team there took the time and went above and beyond and resolved the issue without needing to replace the engine. To note, this could easily have been a "just replace it and it's much easier situation." We just relocated to the area and had an emergency with my car. I just started a new job, don’t have any family in the area, and was absolutely panicked regarding the situation. I originally brought my car to a different mechanic and didn’t have the best experience. If I could give this place a billion stars I would. They answered all my questions, were very responsive, charged what needed to be fixed, and was very timely in the repairs. The only positive thing about car issues is coming here!
