I’m a customer and have previously taken my vehicles to them for service and have had nothing than satisfaction. Last week I took my Volvo to the Volvo Dealer for a minor recall and when I pick up my car I was given a list of items that need to be addressed. One of the items was a “Engine mount being lose” and it need replacement. We’ll, after the mechanic at Michael’s Automotive inspected it he found that the engine mount was solid and torqued correctly to manufacture specifications.
