Phenomenal customer service. These guys perform excellent work on vehicles and have a very professional and easy to use website for managing work orders. I have to ding these guys a couple of points though for suggesting that I replace my brake pads when they have a good year or more left in them. Overall though, if you know what you want already and want an honest price for honest work, Michael's is a fantastic option.
After over 2week and 3.3k repair cost, I got the same engine warning light today again. The reason that I cost time and money was to ask you to diagnose and fix the warning sign. And I am seriously wondering what did they do ? I will not visit your shop again and recommend it to my friends neither.
My biggest concern was going 3 days without my vehicle, but Michael's Auto Repair got my vehicle in and out SAME DAY! Bravo, lads
