While he seemed grandfatherly, he made no connection or progress with our child. He does his own billing. Therein lies the problem. We paid our copay faithfully. A year after we stopped taking our child to see him, he continued sending invoices. My husband went through every bill with him, item by item. We owed no money. He continued sending invoices. My husband finally paid him another $50 to get him to stop bothering us. Now, a year and a half later, we have received yet another $50 invoice.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Do you feel that you made progress during your sessions with this psychiatrist? Definitely not.
