You can just tell this is a real mechanic that also has business sense. Put me at ease right away and assured me he would fix my alignment. This is what I want to hear when I am trying a new business. The lady who complained about no mask......I would advise you to stay home. It’s such a relief finding a shop that’s comfortable aligning aftermarket/adjustable suspension. They were easy to work with, fast, fairly priced, and provided a printout of the alignment specs without even having to ask. Would easily recommend to anyone.
I had my daughters car repaired at Michael’s and they did an amazing job replacing damaged parts and the car drives safe and flawless now. I would very highly recommend them over others for any alignment.
Experience went well. Job seems done well. Only thing missing some of the lug nuts I bought. Replaced with some other rinky lugs....
