Writing this review on behalf of my mother. My mother found Michael via a Kijiji ad to have her eavestroughs cleaned, they began communicating through text and Michael quoted a price at least half what others were quoting. Before setting an appointment she wanted to confirm that he had insurance to be able to work on property - no reply. Posted on behalf of the homeowner: Although Michael did a good job on the garden beds, he has yet to complete the final work on my patio weeks after the project was to be completed. Michael seemed more interested with taking videos/pictures of his work to post online, than completing the work thoroughly, to customer satisfaction, and on time. I retained Michael for the winter of 2021/2022 to clean my driveway, sidewalks and to salt both. I supplied the salt. To say I was very disappointed is an understatement. Our agreement was for the snow to be removed by shovel and not with the use of a ‘blade’ on a vehicle. It was also to be removed when the snow accumulation reached the ‘standard’ for snow removal companies.
