If possible, get a buyer agent to help you inspect the property to see if it really worth buying; otherwise go through the essential pointers as if you are going to rent out your property. Examples: - ensure all locks are functioning ( closing & opening). Many a times when you go house visit or inspect the property, the main screen door is always opened.
