Fantastic experience start to finish! Nancy was welcoming and professional, very knowledgeable and made certain she understood exactly what we were looking for. She then gave us our options and did an expert job in helping us make design and fabric choices before ordering our two new recliners. Highly recommend!
My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Michaelis in Lexington. Mike the sales guy was fantastic -- no pressure, just facts. He helped us find the mattress and foundation combination that we have long been searching for, and it has had a dramatic improvement on our sleep.
