My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Michaelis in Lexington. Mike the sales guy was fantastic -- no pressure, just facts. He helped us find the mattress and foundation combination that we have long been searching for, and it has had a dramatic improvement on our sleep.
7/11/2026 I am back this time I bought a King Series 3XCS for the Master Bedroom with King frame that adjusts Head and Feet. Its been nine years since I upgraded and Nancy my sales Person is still here! I think she has been here there for 17 years. The Owner Michael Green is Awesome! I recently had a great experience buying a mattress from Michaelis Mattress. Donna was extremely helpful in guiding me to the the mattress that addressed my needs. I've been sleeping on my new mattress for a week now and I love it! I would 100% shop here again, and recommend you check them out before buying from somewhere else.
End up buying a king size mattress but the salesman also sold me two box springs that later I found out that I didn’t need.I didn’t know that you didn’t have to just put the mattress on a flat surface .Shame on the salesman.
