I’ve had only positive experiences; it can take a while to get it but that is standard with any medical/dental care in this area. Michaela is a great dentist and takes the time to explain everything and ensure all questions are answered. Treatment plan was tailored to my needs. I like that they talk while providing treatment, it is a nice distraction! And they always check in with you to make sure you’re doing okay. I referred my parents here; best dentist in town!

In the beginning it felt great but as the treatments continued the staff became rude accept the phone receptionist. The dental assistant jerked my mouth around and carries on personal conversation with the dentiat while they were working on my teeth. I had to wait a month for the office renovations after having teeth pulled then another month of renovations just before i had to wait a month for the lab to get my dentures back. Front desk staff are rude and unreliable. I've spent months trying to work out billing concerns, being told I'd be called back and never receiving a call back. Prior to today, the last time I called was February 7, it is now March 14. Upon calling today, I was told they did call me back in September and left a detailed message advising my balance was adjusted. NO, THEY DID NOT!
