Front desk staff are rude and unreliable. I've spent months trying to work out billing concerns, being told I'd be called back and never receiving a call back. Prior to today, the last time I called was February 7, it is now March 14. Upon calling today, I was told they did call me back in September and left a detailed message advising my balance was adjusted. NO, THEY DID NOT! First time going in and I really like this place. The staff was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. I also love that they use updated cameras/x-rays for pictures as it's easier on those with a smaller mouth. The Dentist Dr Walker was very warm and throughly explained to me what was good and what wasn't. What she was looking for and such. I absolutely appreciate her transparency as I have had a bad experience with previous dentists in my life. If you have dental anxiety they will take care of you. What is also unique a... read more

Horrible experience at this office. Mel is so rough and heavy handed and has ZERO bedside manners! She should have her license revoked.

The first visit was pleasant enough, very welcoming staff and environment. Once the first appointment was done I was given and incorrect date, and had to reschedule. Only to show up to a locked building for my then 3rd appointment. 2 months of a painful cavity going all the way to the root and this is how I get treated.

Her assistant makes the rules. She's rude, pushy and operates on her own meducal opinions. Never been treated so badly by any professional office.
