Don't be fooled by the kindness, very 2 faced, not professional at all. And don't get sick on the weekend, they'll tell you someone will get back to you, they don't. And when you call back, looking for help with a severely painful medical condition, they will still ignore you. What happened to "do no harm"? They could've said sorry, we can't help you, but I guess it's easier to ignore you. Zero stars, not my Dr anymore.
Always with happy and warm greetings. Michaela is a soft voiced intelligent woman. She cares about you as a person first and continues to listen to your specific needs. I'm very pleased with Dr Michaela Mckissack.
I love Dr. McKissack! Easy appointment scheduling, appointments are made within a reasonable time frame. Doctors are nice and very attentive. I highly recommend.
