I started working with Michael with the aim of addressing knee and lower back pain stemming from an injury working out about 5 years ago. I’ve been seeing Dr Michael for hip/glute pain. He’s been amazing in getting to the root of the pain to prevent reoccurrence. Much different than the standard chiropractic approach. We’ve been working on strengthening and targeted stretching. We’re making big progress as I’ve started to have pain free runs!
