Very disappointing experience. I provided all my BCBS insurance information, including my member ID, when filling out the online form! I was then told they don’t accept MetroPlus. I don’t understand how they were able to pull up my very old insurance information, instead the information provided via online! On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional! and even hung up on me. I ended up canceling my appointment because of this experience.

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Zozzaro for a few years now. And then my two year old daughter was also seen by him recently and he gave her surgery for her tonsils and adenoids. As a parent, it’s always nerve racking to watch your child go through any procedure but he made sure we felt comfortable, secure, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this doctor. He works with all ages, he’s prompt, and meets all of our expectations. Thank you so much Dr. Zozzaro!!!! You’re the best!
I’m not recommended the office girl she telling me I don’t have to pay anything because my insurance cover everything ! and now I receive it’s $125. His office need the attention the workers I’m not recommended !!!!!
