worst doctor I have ever had. He doesn't believe anything you say. no bedside manner. I went to for a back injury and he did a exray. Said nothing really major. He was going to send me home.i said no,something is wrong. I know it.i said I want a Mri. who we did.2 herniated disks and pi t he'd nerve..Still he acted like it was nothing. he really didn't help me in the months I was going for pain and the nerve. Dr. Zeringue, Sean, and the rest of the staff at Pontchartrain Orthopedics are amazing. They take time to carefully listen to what's wrong, all of my procedures have throughly been explained, and I've always had my calls returned in a timely manner. I would definitely refer my family and friends to POSM.
Zeringue I first saw a doctor Zeringue in September. He wanted to give me an epidural. After waiting several weeks and no call from him and several attempts of trying to call him with no return calls I do not get an epidural. I go to see him on December 1st. At that time I paid my bill that was due including.the Dec. 1st visit. He apologized because his staff was supposed to call me and schedule the epidural but he had staff issues and he had to fire her. So he wanted to reschedule.
