The Dr. was nice but with that being said I found the office somewhat antiquated. I told them in advance I was in a wheelchair but little did I know his office is not wheelchair accessible!!! I felt like crying this is 2026 get with the regulations on serving handicapped people!!
I called to make an appt for a painful itchy rash I have had and the cream my dr gave didn't work, so I thought I'd go to a specialist. Made appt for my husband as well for one thing. When I called about the text saying our deductible was 150$ when it should of been $50, the receptionist was rude and didn't even let me speak. I went to the Collierville office for a scheduled appointment. I was told prior to the appointment that my copay would be $50. After completing the 2nd sets of paperwork, online and in person (ridiculous), they tell me to pay $150 because of my deductible. The foreign lady loudly said my deductible is $4000+, which wasn’t anyone’s business. She was unprofessionally loud. A deductible is from January to December. My family and I have gone to Dr. Woodbury for 10+ years. Dr. Woodbury has always been very attentive and provides excellent care.
