I received EXCELLENT customer service from Williams Body Shop!.First of all, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the front door. I had my estimate and time frame of how long it would take to have my car repaired within minutes Mr. Williams was very knowledgeable. Enterprise Car Rental picked me up from this shop and drove me to their rental location. My car was finished 2 days early and the paint job matches perfectly! I could not tell the car had been hit! A shop with ZERO INTEGRITY, completely DISHONEST, and JOYRIDES in your vehicle!! This is a direct quote from their page. Well if this is how they treat family I would be terrified to be family let alone just an average person!
