I received EXCELLENT customer service from Williams Body Shop!.First of all, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the front door. I had my estimate and time frame of how long it would take to have my car repaired within minutes Mr. Williams was very knowledgeable. Enterprise Car Rental picked me up from this shop and drove me to their rental location. My car was finished 2 days early and the paint job matches perfectly! I could not tell the car had been hit! Do not use this place to even get a a quote. They are dishonest, no integrity! They say they are ordering a new part for the car only to find when you go to check on it, because it's been there awhile, that they attempted to pound out the dent and paint it with a shade that doesn't even match. Their work quality may be okay at times...but, trust and integrity are lacking. BE AWARE
Amateurs. Can't blend a paint job. Worst customer service. They tell you job is complete but don't check their work first.

Absolutely a pleasure to work with. I have used WBW multiple times over the years and they have always delivered exceptional quality and professionalism. Very thankful to have a place that I trust, and has an eye for detail as I do. I am a VERY hard customer to please, since I am a perfectionist at heart. And WBW always delivers!
I am amazed that they are still in business. I would NEVER recommend this shop in fact I have already sent people elsewhere once they heard my experience. First, Williams Body Works was in possession of my car and took it on a 400 mile joyride. This is actual logged mileage by them and my insurance company. They informed me that it never left the business which has been proven wrong. While the person who took it out on the joyrides caused damages to my car.
