It is comforting while you are recovering from a cardiac event, to have caring, kind, friendly knowledgeable people watching over you. And you DO feel like they are watching over you, and that they have your best interest “at heart”.
The exercise physiologists (Alexis, Megan, Cheryl, Jordan) at the OSU Cardiac Rehab facility on Zollinger Rd are all wonderful to work with. Nice facility and equipment with lots of windows.
About 2 weeks into the Cardiac Rehab and all is going well with the plan and the activities put forward for me by Mitchell, Sarah, Leasa and Cheryl. I expect to continue with my progress!
