Asked several times to come in only 30mins late due to my kids having a 2hr delay. Pressed the emergency option, and told them it was an emergency due to a great amount of pain in a molar. Receptionist was apathetic and didnt care at all, acted like she had better things to do than her job. Even after the fact that I told them my next step is the hospital because of the severity of pain. She didnt care at all. So now I make my way to the hospital, and then Ill be finding a new dentist. Called to see if they accept my dental insurance but they answered and hung up on me immediately. After reading the list of 1-2 star reviews its clear I'd be better off taking my business elsewhere anyway. Its unfortunate because in hazelton there's not many dentists to choose from in walking distance to me so i was hoping this one would accept my insurance. Unprofessional, unbelievable rude the front desk staff, your best day in that place drastically changes your entire mood 🤕. Overbooking patients, worse, cancelling at arrival.
