Dr. Smith is always very kind and empathetic. I don’t feel rushed and answers my questions. I have had excellent care and results since going to him.
Very caring professional. Took time to answer tons of questions. Doesn't consider "age" as a diagnosis which is refreshing. Best medical experience I've had in a while.
Had gone to him for some time. He has kind-of given up on me and says there is nothing more he could do. I have never been so disappointed after my last visit with him. No real help for the pain. Just another steroid shot….. Acted like he didn’t care any more. Very frustrating!
He answers any of my questions on my list. His office staff is also very good. When I have a flare they generally respond to my call and get it resolved.
This physician indicated I was not diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that several doctors had confirmed. I certainly wish I did not have this condition. I do not recommend Dr. Smith and believe he needs additional education to address his lack of professional knowledge.
