I had a charge of DUI and Mr. Modica, throughout the process, was steady and fought for me! He always had a smile on his face and was reassuring! I asked for a Jury trial and he was able to get 2 tests dismissed and a 911 call dismissed before trial and we won the case! I can’t thank him enough for his guidance and fighting for me! I highly recommend him if you are ever in an unfortunate position.

Mike modica is the best in Wilmington I had a drug charge and gun charge and was looking at if was convicted a mandatory 9 yrs sentence but he got me 1 year level 3 probation which is awesome thanks Mike for everything but yes best lawyer in Delaware I definitely recommend him to anyone with serious issues
