I had a charge of DUI and Mr. Modica, throughout the process, was steady and fought for me! He always had a smile on his face and was reassuring! I asked for a Jury trial and he was able to get 2 tests dismissed and a 911 call dismissed before trial and we won the case! I can’t thank him enough for his guidance and fighting for me!
