Do not go to this office I am extremely displeased with the service and treatment at Dr. McCoy's office. They charge for the smallest of things, stuff that most doctor's offices don't. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone to speak to, the office hours are not convenient, and Dr. McCoy's attitude was unsettling towards us. At my daughter's 2 week visit, he seemed flustered with her as she screamed as he was examining her. McCoy Michael is THE BEST pediatrician We have been with Dr. McCoy for over 8 years now. Although we recently moved to Mansfield we still drive our 4 kids to Grapevine - because we REALLY trust him and his team and the kids love him (they call him the "funny doctor"). Even getting shots is not an issue.
Knowledgeable, Friendly Physician Dr. McCoy has been our pediatrician for three years now and he is really great with the children. My only complaint is that the waiting room, which is somewhat divided into sick and well sides, isn't monitored very well and the sick children are always playing with the well children's toys. I always wish that the receptionist would direct the parents to be courteous and stay on the appropriate side at check in.
BEST DOCTOR ONLY DOCTOR I EVER WANT TO GO TO.. unfortunately im 23 and Dr. Mccoy said "Justin dont you think its time for you to get a big boy doctor" Always finds away to brighten your day and very easy to talk to. Easy to build a relationship with which is my number 1 priority in choosing a doctor.
We love Dr McCoy My Daughter Abigail who is four loves Dr McCoy he is always so goofy and she enjoys that, the nurses are super wonderful and extremely nice every time that we visit which has been allot since Abigail has began her first year in school he always sees her that day (with lots of goofy jokes) and we never wait any more than 10 min!!I My family and I were out of town when Abigail suddenly had pink eye I was not sure what to do and Abigail does not like just anyone checking her we call Dr McCoy's office and they c... read more
