Horrible policy - I was referred by a close friend. Called to make an appt. Was told they don’t take my insurance. I said no prob I’ll pay cash. They said “if you have insurance and we don’t take it, we can’t take you as a cash patient” I was appalled. Who cares about my health right? If I didn’t have insurance at all, then they would take my cash. MOST IDIOTIC POLICY EVER. I asked to speak to Dr Kleeman, but of course you know how that went. Dr. Kleeman is an outstanding urologist knowledgeable, and thorough. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about his patients’ well-being.
Funny caring and through
Doctor did not listen to my request of not administering contrast after advising him that I have had this contrast many times this year and I have blood cancer and this contrast stays in your system for quite a long period of time and still unknown in many studies worldwide doctors don't know the amount of time it stays in your system.
