I had tried traditional therapy when I was dealing with my depression and anxiety but it only gave me an outlet to speak, it didn't help to treat the depression. Michael Vladeck believed in us. He saw the greater good, the possiblities of getting what we wanted when I had lost hope. When I focused on the problems, he got me, and without judgement or investment he gently helped me open space inside for the solution. Michael helped my family find our way back home, to ourselves, and each other.
I met Michael via a school program on kids and screen time. I was thoroughly impressed with this talk so approached him to discuss my kids and strategies to support them. It quickly grew into meaningful life coaching discussions that were equally beneficial to my personal and professional life.
Michael came into my life at a very challenging time- I was going through a divorce, feeling despondent, directionless and very unsure of myself in it all. Michael helped me to see my inner strength, wisdom and inherent beauty.
