Literally not good at all. Almost to the point of scary after reading my medical chart and how he didn’t chart anything I was there for. My entire doctor removed a lymph node that came back abnormal. I brought the results to him and he said it was normal. I gave him a copy, emailed a copy, nothing was uploaded to my chart.
