Great experience with Michael Terry! I was a little nervous about buying a used Subaru at a Volvo dealership, but Mike was super nice and professional and made the process simple and straightforward. The car was still in great shape despite it not being a Volvo. Got a great deal on the car and my trade-in! My wife and I are very happy with our purchase!
Initially left a 5 star review as purchasing my vehicle was overall painless. I canceled my warranty last June and have been waiting on the check to be sent. I have now dealt with over four employees working in the finance department and none seem to be nearly as concerned as I am. At this point it seems like the dealership couldn’t care less about sorting my issue out, it’s a $3000 check that I have been rightfully owed for over a year.
