DR DROBBIN WAS VARY NICE BUT COULD NOT SOLVE MY EAR PROBLEM WHICH I UNDERSTAND BUT I WAS TOTALLY DISSATISFIED THAT HE DID NOT REFER ME TO ANY OTHER DOCTOR WHO MAY BE ABLE TO HELP MY SITUATION I LEFT HIS OFFICE WITH MORE QUESTIONS THAN ANSWERS HE COULD OF REFERRED ME TO AN EAR SPECIALIST OR SOME TYPE OF DOCTOR WHO SPECIALIZES WITH THE EAR I WAS NOT HAPPY WHEN I LEFT MY NAME IS JAMES P.
Dr. Drobbin is pretty amazing. He treated my son with such patience and concern. We saw him for over a year before deciding as a team that ear tubes and adenoid removal made the most sense. I never felt pressured or rushed. He spends so much time diagnosing your child and he has excellent bedside manner. There was no tears even through surgery and anesthesia. Finally, Dr. Drobbin saw my daughter as the last appointment of the day when she was suffering from a pretty severe ear infection saving us hundreds of dollars and hour... read more
Amazing surgeon, highly recommend. The whole day op team practices with great care and customer service . They made my whole experience for my son very comfortable . Thank you !
Would absolutely give zero stars if I could but I’m forced to click at least one. Between the Dr. being absolutely dismissive to my concerns regarding my son, the office staff has dropped the ball several times in the course of dealing with them. I’m literally at the end of my rope and I am now going to look for a new Dr. Of course they were recommended by my kids pediatrician because they are forced to recommend Dr’s in the Optum system. But wow, horrible. Absolutely horrible.
