Dr. Drobbin is pretty amazing. He treated my son with such patience and concern. We saw him for over a year before deciding as a team that ear tubes and adenoid removal made the most sense. I never felt pressured or rushed. He spends so much time diagnosing your child and he has excellent bedside manner. There was no tears even through surgery and anesthesia. Would absolutely give zero stars if I could but I’m forced to click at least one. Between the Dr. being absolutely dismissive to my concerns regarding my son, the office staff has dropped the ball several times in the course of dealing with them. I’m literally at the end of my rope and I am now going to look for a new Dr. Of course they were recommended by my kids pediatrician because they are forced to recommend Dr’s in the Optum system. But wow, horrible. Absolutely horrible.
