Therir responsiveness is terrible first off. They never answer the phone when you need them the most. Any paperwork you turn in to them will just lay there in the drawer for weeks. The staff is very rude and inhospitable to clients' situation and/or condition. There is very little empathy shown with this provider.
It's been 4yrs now and I love him as well as the staff working under him
