** Update** I recently asked Michael if I should have a will or a trust. He explained to me the difference between the two options. Once again, he spent time explaining both options so I could make an informed decision. I chose to do a trust. Michael did an incredible job with getting the purchase of a coop across the finish line. Co-ops are incredibly difficult under the best conditions but this case was nearly impossible. He kept on top of everything while everyone else involved ignored emails and deadlines.
