Michael did an incredible job with getting the purchase of a coop across the finish line. Co-ops are incredibly difficult under the best conditions but this case was nearly impossible. He kept on top of everything while everyone else involved ignored emails and deadlines.
I have been working with Michael since 2012. He has prepared both my Father's Estate Planning documents and mine.
