How this office doesn’t have 5/5 stars is beyond me. I had my wisdom teeth all 4 removed this morning by Dr Pink and his staff. Most wonderful experience I’ve ever had in the medical/dental world. On top of the procedure being quick and easy. They took great care of me from start to finish. Not to mention I have little to no pain or soreness from the procedure . I called to schedule a consultation for my son’s wisdom teeth removal because this office was the closest to my home, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly as soon as she learned my medical insurance is an HMO and out of network—even though I have PPO dental insurance. I don’t understand why my medical insurance was even relevant, but I continued booking the appointment anyway. I’m 16 days post op and healing wonderfully ! Dr. pink & his team made me feel so comfortable and my whole experience was so good ! As an adult i hate going to the dentist , let alone getting all 4 wisdom teeth out at once ! But since the beginning they explained everything thoroughly , as well as after care instructions ! 10/10 recommend them !! 🤍🤍
Dr Pink is very dismissive and brushed off my questions. He made it clear he did not have time for me and did not care about my pain. I had to beg his nurse for pain medication after he removed my wisdom tooth. I felt that he was just another doctor that discriminates against women in healthcare.
