I had a consult with this Dr. During this time, he recommended a much more invasive surgery, but was very evasive and glib in his answers to my questions about it. When I asked about risk since it involved general anesthesia, he glibly remarked that driving my car was a risk. He seemed to lack empathy, and he seemed rushed. I’d never feel comfortable with him as my surgeon. He’s also not an ocular surgeon and shouldn’t be doing surgery involving the eyes. The entire practice seems impersonal and corporate. Avoid.
I had a consultation with Dr. Philbin and I'm so happy I made an appointment with him. I called Wednesday and was in the office two days later. He's honest,he immediately made me feel comfortable and he has great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.
Absolutely love EPS & Dr. Philbin was & is terrific! I would highly recommend the clinic & Dr. Philbin!
