My Preventive Health and Wellness Program suppliments traditional insurance, includes an annual comprehensive Physical Exam with all tests being done during a 2 hour visit on site at my office. Patients get a written report and recommendations as well as a credit card USB flashdrive/ID which has your complete medical history and test results downloaded on it.
