Went for an appointment was late due to weather, given an obnoxious attitude by front staff. Even apologized. It was a 2 hour trip one way, through a snow storm, no reception. Very unprofessional. 10/10 don't recommend if you want a real diagnosis. This place doesn't care. It's not just Dr. Miller. It's the entire faculty.
Such a joke. Do not consider the well being of others, front office staff is rude. Doctor himself is rude. Inclement weather caused a delay in getting to the office even with leaving an hour early, then told that unsure if can be fit in. Couldn't call because the reception on the phone is horrible out here. Do not recommend this doctor to anyone.
My husband first saw Dr. Miller in the Spring of 2021, as myself and other family members had concerns with is gait, facial expressions, slowed movements, lack of balance and tremors. I specifically asked if he had Parkinson's disease or Louie Body disease. Dr. Miller suggested that we were seeing side effects of a medication my husband was taking. made my appointment in April, no sorry, I was told he is booked up til Aug. Ok I'll take it. my headaches hurt me lot. Phone call, sorry we will have to schedule you for Oct. Ok I'll take it. takes me 20 minutes to get where I'm told he will be working that day.. WRONG, he is at the hospital. WRONG AGAIN. Dr. Miller is in Cooperstown today. WHAT?
