I am leaving this review to bring attention to the severe lack of professionalism and basic customer care demonstrated by the reception staff at this office. Dr. Lin is an amazing physician, but getting past the front desk staff to actually receive care has become a nightmare. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a medical environment. Dr. Lin is an excellent physician. He’s thorough and when he gives a physical, it’s like an old-school type testing reflexes, balance, even checking eyes. He’s awesome and I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Michael Lin is very kind and understanding. He listens. The support staff is like family. I appreciate supporting a small AND very efficient business.
